Kindly review this refund policy conditions carefully that govern your purchases at uniform resource locator www.dieticianforhealth.com, its Web site, services, content, any sub-domains or related domains, any of its social media feeds, technologies and its Android/Apple iOS applications (hereinafter known as DFH). They illustrate your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases and provide details about critical limitations and exclusions. You must clearly understand this refund policy conditions prior to placing your order as your placement of an order at DFH constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order.

User may use the DFH only on the condition that you abide by the following terms:

DFH takes pride in the quality of its content and products. Our objective is 100% customer satisfaction. DFH does not provide any cancellations on the packages purchased by customers. DFH also does not accept cancellation requests once you checked out and made the payment through our Secure Payment Gateway. However, in case you feel that the service received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service by providing written notice by email to support@dieticianforhealth.com within twenty-four (24) hours of placing your order.

Requests for refunds or cancellations received within twenty-four (24) hours of the order will be investigated by our Customer Service Team and appropriate action will be taken and there is no guarantee of refund. DFH reserves full right of allowing complete or partial refund against your request or even deny any refund for your order as per the decision taken by our Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint. Any refund related decision taken by DFH will remain final and non-challenging from user end. Please understand that you will have to agree and abide by any DFH refund decision and will neither challenge it nor take any legal action against DFH under any circumstances.

In case you are eligible for a complete or partial refund, we will contact you through email to seek details of the bank account to which refund will be credited. We will initiate the refund and credit your payment to the bank account mentioned by you in your email. Please note that there is no specific turn-around time of completing this activity as refund completion depends on how soon you provide us the details. Once we credit the refund in the bank account specified by you in your email, we will not make any further refund attempts.

Due to the nature of services provided, requests for refunds or cancellations received more than twenty-four (24) hours of the order will not be entertained and no refund is provided, under any circumstances.

If you interrupt or stop the ongoing program for any reason (such as pregnancy, illness, holidays and so on), no refund may be granted to you. Likewise, any sums in respect of this program that are not yet paid shall remain due.

Please note that all DFH programs have an expiry timeline from the date of their start. You are eligible to take up a program and receive DFH services till it expires. If you interrupt or stop the ongoing program for any reason and your program ends, you cannot request us to resume your expired program for the number of days you had stopped or interrupted it after its timeline has expired. Any such request will be cancelled and not be entertained under any circumstances.
