DFH and its authorized third parties will collect information pertaining to your identity, demographics, and related evidentiary documentation. This definition also includes all sub-contractors, consultants and/or representatives of the Third party.

Personal information collected and held by us may include your name, gender, family details, date of birth, height, weight, blood group, blood pressure, body mass index, activity factor, current and previous addresses, province/region and country of living, telephone number, mobile phone number, email address, occupation, eating habits, likes and dislikes of food, personal and/or family health goals, medical illness or condition, medical symptoms or issues, surgery details, illness in family, food buying preferences, eating patterns, activity schedules, eating schedules and information contained in the documents used as proof of identity and proof of address. DFH and its authorized third parties collect, store, process following types of Sensitive Personal Information such as password, financial information (details of Bank account, credit card, debit card, or other payment instrument details), physiological information for providing our products, services and for use of our website. We may also hold information related to your utilization of our services which may include your call details, your browsing history on our website, location details and additional information provided by you while using our services.
We may keep a log of the activities performed by you on our website by using various internet techniques such as web cookies, web beacons, server log files, etc. for analytical purposes and for analysis of the amiability of various features on our site. This information may be used to provide you with a better experience at our portal along with evidentiary purposes. Authorized Third Parties: DFH may at its discretion employ, contract or include third parties (as defined in section 1: Collection of personal information) external to itself for strategic, tactical and operational purposes. Such agencies though external to DFH, will always be entities which are covered by contractual agreements. These agreements in turn include DFH’s guidelines to the management, treatment and secrecy of personal information.
We may transfer your personal information or other information collected, stored, processed by us to any other entity or organization located in India or outside India only in case it is necessary for providing services to you or if you have consented (at the time of collection of information) to the same. This may also include sharing of aggregated information with them in order for them to understand our environment and consequently, provide you with better services. While sharing your personal information with third parties, adequate measures shall be taken to ensure that reasonable security practices are followed at the third party.
We may obtain your consent for sharing your personal information in several ways, such as in writing, online, through “click-through” agreements; orally, including through interactive voice response; or when your consent is part of the terms and conditions pursuant to which we provide you service. Government Agencies: We may also share your personal information with Government agencies or other authorized law enforcement agencies (LEAs) mandated under law to obtain such information for the purpose of verification of identity or for prevention, detection, investigation including but not limited to cyber incidents, prosecution, and punishment of offences.

This information is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis. We may use third-party analytics services to collect, monitor and analyze the information collected as described above.

However, please note that the advertisers (including ad serving companies) may determine based on their own analysis that a user who interacts with an advertisement targeted by DFH may fit into a certain demographical category; for example, an advertiser may determine that men ages 25-34 are interacting with a certain advertisement on DFH from a particular geographic area. DFH does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances: We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with DFH under confidentiality agreements. These trusted partners include companies with which DFH may operate co-branded websites or web-pages to expand their services using DFH’s Services. These trusted partners may use your personal information to provide services to you on our behalf, evaluate the effectiveness of the services, and to help DFH communicate with you about offers from DFH and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information. We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
The sites displayed as search results or linked to by the Services are developed by people over whom DFH exercises no control. These other sites may place their own cookies on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information. DFH may present links in a format that enables us to understand whether they have been followed. We use this information to understand and improve the quality of DFH’s search technology. For instance, this data helps us determine how often users are satisfied with the first result of a query and how often they proceed to later results.
When Login section is created, registered users can edit their DFH account information, including contact preferences, at any time from their “My Account” account management page which you can find at www.dieticianforhealth.com/login. We may, from time to time, send you email regarding our products and services and third party products and services that may be of interest to you. You will have the opportunity to opt out of any further mailings at any time; provided, however, that we reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Services, such as:

which are considered part of your DFH account. You will not have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving such notices.
You can delete your DFH registered account by requesting an account deletion via email to email@example.com. You must provide us with the email address of the registered account. After we have confirmed your request via email, we will remove access to your personal information from our user database.
DFH is intended for general audiences. No part of the DFH Services are targeted to attract anyone under the legal adult age as set in their country (age of 18 years in India).
