Indian Diet Lacks Inherently In Protein

The truth is, however, that the typical Indian diet usually nullifies the wholeness of these foods by either overcooking or changing the composition of those very beneficial substances.
It is even problematic for the highly changing pattern of lifestyles today, which have become much more sedentary as compared to earlier times and not all the extra calories the oil and lactose-rich foods contain can be successfully eliminated from the system. Thus, Indian diets demand a change in the sense that lifestyles have modified and with them, the choices of food intake should too. The overuse of mustard oil in Indian diets make them much more harmful. Our little habits of cooking many festival delicacies in mustard oil also reusing oil again and again for frying and cooking different items keeps on making that same oil very toxic and harmful for heart health most notably. Heat ruins the calorific and nutritional value of the food and the oil itself. Even water added to oil makes a dangerous combination and our daily incorporation of this oil into diets makes it much more difficult for the body to deal with. Ghee, as an individual and raw component, is healthy to eat, but cooking it makes it as dangerous as overcooked mustard oil.
Indian diet has inadequate protein pattern since the quality based protein is not paid heed to, moreover, there is exclusive importance given to taste. Indians usually lack information about the good quality food items which may provide adequate protein levels to the body. This may be one reason why the number of malnutrition kids in India is high due to the inadequate amount of proteins taken by the pregnant mother. The digestible and metabolic inducing properties of Indian food is also low, in many cases.
The inadequacy of proteins makes an average Indian weaker and low in immunity. Urban life is being increasingly attached to deadly diseases like obesity, cardiovascular problems, and kidney failures. In addition, high triglyceride levels are detected. The low emphasis on food nutrition levels as compared to taste and low levels of active hormonal efficiency make the problem further difficult. More shockingly, malnourishment and poor muscle mass is not only a feature of poor Indian families it is a revealing feature of rich families too. Many international, as well as national surveys, have concluded that Indian diets actually lack in the important materials of growth and him food patterns keep kids and women, especially malnourished with lots of protein and calcium related deficiencies. These deficiencies affect the health of the body in the long run and make the body more susceptible to outer diseases and problems along with perpetual weakness.
