Giloy (Tinospora Cordifolia) known as ‘Amrita’ in Sanskrit, is one of the popular herbs from Ayurveda and is very popular in the world of naturopaths. It is beneficial in pain and digestive problems. Giloy is commonly the leaves of the papaya plant. Recently, it is found that it is also helpful in swine flu. It also found effective in pyrectic, inflammatory, arthritic.
Giloy Stem and Giloy Leaves both have similar properties, but Giloy Leaves are less effective than the Giloy Stem.

Giloy cannot be used alone, therefore, it can be used along with the Punarnava, ChandraprabhaVati, GokshuradiGuggulu, and Mustak.
