Indian traditional food is the healthiest, satisfied, delicious, attracting food. It is cooked with fresh vegetables, fresh ingredients, minimal oil, less fat content and with at most hygiene. Processed food loses their nutrient values while in Indian food cooking the nutrient values remain the same.
