Benefits of Indian Traditional Foods

Indian traditional food is the healthiest, satisfied, delicious, attracting food. It is cooked with fresh vegetables, fresh ingredients, minimal oil, less fat content and with at most hygiene. Processed food loses their nutrient values while in Indian food cooking the nutrient values remain the same. The fiber content in cereals has both soluble and insoluble fibers. They fight against constipation. The sugar level in the blood is maintained by the fiber content in cereals.
